Work package 2 (WP 2) - Collection of information and requirement specification

This package consists of preparatory information acquisition in terms of both current regulations and existing solution strategies and states of the art for the use of lightweight materials in vessels.  In addition, it includes the preparation of performance specifications for the WP3 concept studies.  SP is the WP3 package manager.
