Work package 1 (WP 1) - Project management

WP1 comprises coordination and project management of the whole LÄSS project.  All the WP managers participate in the overall LÄSS management through membership of TEKKOM, but overall responsibility for WP1 is held by the project coordinator (SP) and vice-coordinator (Chalmers University of Technology).
